Delivery & Returns

By placing an order with Creputate LTD, you are purchasing a product or a service subject to the following terms and conditions:

We are currently working on a 3-5 working day dispatch time frame. We use a next day service, so once your order has been dispatched you should receive it the next working day. You will also receive an email containing tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

PLEASE NOTE: DUE TO THE BUSY BLACK FRIDAY AND CHRISTMAS PERIOD THERE MAY BE SOME DELAYS WITH PROCESSING ORDERS. REST ASSURED WE ARE WORKING THROUGH ORDERS AS QUICKLY AS POSSIBLE AND WE AIM TO DELIVER ORDERS PLACED BEFORE 18th DECEMBER IN TIME FOR CHRISTMAS.

Creputate LTD allows you to exchange your item within 14 days of receiving your order. You will be able to exchange the item for anything of equal value or more. The item must be in the same condition as it was when it was dispatched, in unused condition and with all factory extras and tags still attached. We may require photographic evidence to show there is no wear on the soles of the shoe before a return can be initiated. All returns must be authorised by Creputate LTD prior to being shipped back. A returns address will be provided once the return has been authorised, and returns postage will be at the buyers expense. Any variations in fitting will be stated on the product page, and where necessary, Creputate LTD will advise on sizing accordingly.

Creputate LTD does not, under any circumstances, offer exchanges or refunds on items purchased at discounted price, as these are sold as 'faulty goods.'

In the unlikely event, the wrong size or product has been sent by Creputate LTD, or the goods are faulty upon arrival, the customer must inform us immediately (within 5 working days) after receiving the item. The item must be returned within 14 working days in its original box, outer shipping box, in unused and resalable condition with all factory tags attached. Shipping costs will be reimbursed in such circumstances.

All orders placed with Creputate LTD will be shipped using Royal Mail or DPD. A fully tracked and signed for service will always be used in order to ensure safe delivery of your purchase.

All orders are double boxed using extra packaging to ensure safe delivery as well as prevent any damage to the original shoe box.

Expected delivery time: 2-5 working days

(Delays expected during November / December due to the busy period over Black Friday and Christmas)

All of our parcels are sent with an “if undelivered” address – please be aware that this is only given in case the parcel is undelivered or lost in transit. This address is not to be used to return the parcel to us unless a return has been authorised by us prior to this.
